My name is Stacey Denyer, and I’m a diversity and inclusion trainer and consultant with first-hand experience of the barriers that many people face in the workplace and beyond.
As a woman, a lesbian, a military veteran, a person with disabilities, and someone who grew up working-class, I understand what it feels like to be overlooked, underestimated, or excluded.
Through my work, I use my lived experience—along with a deep understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and inclusive practices—to help organisations break down biases and build more supportive and inclusive environments; something proven to increase organisational output.
I aim to equip others not only with the tools to recognise and challenge exclusionary practices but with the insight to create spaces where everyone, regardless of background or ability, can thrive.
I have 19-years Royal Air Force experience including tours of Iraq and Afghanistan. My career was cut short due to a medical discharge, but having spent the last decade of my Service heavily involved in Diversity & Inclusion, it felt natural to pursue this passion. I worked as the Royal British Legion Diversity & Inclusion Officer for 18-months, before going part time as the Communications & Engagement Officer for the Female Veterans Transformation Programme and setting up At Ease Inclusion.
I am an advocate for all things Veteran and as such offer up to 30% discount to armed forces charities and organisations that have signed the Armed Forces Covenant.

As a competitor in the 2023 Invictus Games, I have overcome the challenges of multiple sclerosis, osteoarthritis, and mental health struggles and like to share my story to inspire others. I talk about the power of perseverance, the spirit of teamwork, and the strength to rise above adversity.
I deliver engaging and heartfelt keynote addresses that resonate with audiences of all backgrounds. Whether it’s sharing lessons on navigating life’s hurdles or the mindset needed to balance personal health with high-performance goals, I like to empower individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.
